Flamingo Las Vegas Hotel & Casino

Rooms need to be cleaned Dirty room. Moldy bathroom. I asked to have the room cleaned and these are pictures AFTER it was cleaned. Stay away from room 16033

great place to visit. Being located in the center of the strip, the Flamingo is a great location. They are updating several areas of the facility. The staff is very friendly. Plenty of table games and slots. The cost is very reasonable.

Caesars resorts is dead. Et tu Brutus Internet never worked. Was told 24-48 hours to fix it.. They could care. Room was never touched by any staff in the 4 days we were there. Resort fees were ridiculous for the hotel. Offers nothing The Nook restaurant charged $8.65 for a Costco blueberry muffin Its time to stand up to resort fees and exorbitant pricing., and over tip gauging. Vegas is done until the so called resorts come back to reality.

DISABLED PPL BE AWARE!!! DISABLED PPL: DO NOT GO TO THE FLAMINGO! I had a reservation here which they decided to lie and say they were booked up and they cancelled it! Except they made a big mistake- I work in hotels. I know when a reservation is cancelled: I also know when a card isn’t authorized, you cancel the reservation and the customer will see that it’s cancelled! But, despite already having a broken foot & being on a knee scooter they turned me away! They lied and said my credit card was declined, it wasn’t. They never even tried to run it, then they said they cancelled the reservation! Lie #2! It was never cancelled in the first place as they claimed, & they saw it was a comp room and decided they didn’t want to serve me despite me begging because of my injury and being alone. Where was I going to go? The guy tells me he’s sending me to harrahs- it was the closest property, it wasn’t! The link was! I begged him, I said who was getting me there and how? Look at me? I specifically had an uber drop me off there and I had problems even making it to the desk from drop off: that’s a lot when u have a suitcase and you are by yourself! He showed no empathy, In fact he could care less! OFC he sends me thru the link promenade on brick! Because what could classily go wrong there? Well my scooter got stuck in the brick and I struggled multiple times until finally it got stuck and it jarred me, also jarring my foot that was in a boot into the scooter: I was recovering from foot surgery, the swelling was gone, the pain however wasn’t- now mind you I came to spend several days in town going to two concerts and clearing out my old home. I had planned to use the pool to soak my foot in between events. I’ve always stayed at the flamingo or Planet- after 25+ yrs Caesar’s has lost itself a dedicated member! Not only was I forced to make my way to harrahs I was forced to stay in the room and miss everything I came for, even couldn’t make my flight home!!! I rented a van to move things I had to pay for parking, none of it was used! The entire trip was a waste and I’m out about 3 grand, ecause some rude man at the desk decided he wasn’t going to rent to someone on a knee scooter that has earned those comp nights btw… them they didn’t count! So DISBALED PPL BE AWARE! Really, anyone- be aware they will cancel your reservation and lie to your face! Never in all my life have I been treated so poorly!!! Do not spend $$ Caesar’s properties!!!! These photos are of the injury I sustained when I got stuck in the brick and what happened to my foot!!! Absolutely disgraceful and you couldn’t pay me to go back! Now, not only do I have to spend $$ to fly back because my foot was so swollen I missed my flight, I have to fly back to clean out my fathers house next month- DISGUSTING what they did to me

Always a pleasant stay Our number 1 choice when we fly to Vegas for business. The rooms are always clean and comfortable and the location is great.
